This website is a portfolio and private order request platform for artworks and commissions. Submitting an order request does not create an automatic sale contract. Final pricing, availability, payment terms, delivery timelines, and acceptance are confirmed manually.

All artwork images, designs, text, logos, and related media are proprietary and protected by copyright and other applicable intellectual property laws. Public previews are provided for viewing only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, commercialize, or create derivative works without prior written permission.

You agree not to misuse the platform, including but not limited to submitting false information, attempting unauthorized access, abusing APIs, uploading malicious content, or violating any applicable law.
5. Orders, Payments, and Delivery
Orders are processed subject to manual confirmation. Payment workflows may be enabled or disabled depending on configuration. Delivery commitments, taxes, refunds, and cancellation terms are communicated per confirmed order and applicable law.
